Direction of Use

1.Simply turn the neti pot upside down and press the white button.

2.The sinus rinse bottle sprays water from one nostril at a constant rate and then drains from the other nostril.

3. Do not need to squeeze the nose cleaner. Gravity does the rest.

4.When you want to stop the flow, just release the valve.
